100 Mornings to chage your life. No excuses.

100 Morning Meltdown.  I first heard about it a month or so ago from my friend and Beach Body Coach. (bless her she kept me in group even when I couldn't order my shakeology for over a year due to finances)  I finally watched the behind the scenes making of video and was hooked.

This woman spent years, YEARS, of her life developing this program.  And so far over a million people have started it.

100 mornings. 
100 different work outs. 
100 times to prove to yourself that you are worth it.  
100 days to keep promises to yourself.

Let me tell you something I am not exceptionally proud of: I have never kept a promise to myself that was just for me.  If it involved other people, or a sport, competition, or assignment sure.  Every big health change.... I'd drop it.  Every blog I started... I'd stop.  Every book I wrote....I never published.

So to say this is a little scary is an understatement! But also, with the help of 5 Second Rule, I GOT THIS!

I will show up.  I will do the work.  With no expectation or mandatory goal.  I'll do my best every single day. And at the end of 100 days, I know that no matter what I will be healthier.  And I'll have kept a promise to myself for the first time. 
  And if I can do that? 

I can do anything.
